Event Rental Delivery & Setup in Longwood, FL
Rental companies and planners call us when the gear is heavy, the venue is tight and the load-in window is short. We deliver, carry in and set tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, bars, arches, tents and production equipment for events across Longwood — then come back after the last dance to break it down and load it out. Longwood's mix of small warehouses, professional offices and medical suites along 17-92 and Ronald Reagan Boulevard makes it a steady market for commercial equipment moves and liquidation pickups.
Moving in Longwood
Small-bay industrial condos here rarely have full docks, so most loading happens through roll-up doors with equipment carts and ramps — worth noting when you send photos.

How an Event Delivery Works
We confirm the venue's load-in rules, dock or door access and elevator availability in advance, arrive inside the allowed window, place everything to the floor plan, and schedule the breakdown and load-out for the night of the event or the next morning.
A Delivery Partner for Rental Companies
Event rental companies and planners use us as overflow crew and trucks on busy Saturdays, or as a standing partner for the heaviest pieces in their inventory — stages, bars, dance floors and generators.
Need More Than Transportation?
Depending on the equipment, materials, access conditions and scope of work, Heavy Moving Company may also provide disassembly, reassembly, positioning, setup, assembly and installation-related assistance. Services are evaluated on a project-by-project basis. We do not perform licensed electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC, structural or other regulated trade work — your licensed contractor handles any connections.
