Heavy & Specialty Moving Across Central Florida
Orlando is home base. We run jobs daily across Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia, Polk and Brevard counties — commercial equipment, safes, auctions, conventions and single-item delivery.
Orlando & Neighborhoods
The urban core and the surrounding Orlando communities we work in most weeks.
Orlando
Orlando is our home market and where most of our work happens on any given week — a gym equipment swap downtown, a restaurant kitchen coming out on Colonial, a safe going into a second-floor office, an auction lot that has to be cleared by 5pm.
Downtown Orlando
Downtown is the densest work we do — a safe going into a law office on the 14th floor, a bar's back-of-house equipment coming out overnight, an office reconfiguration that has to clear the dock before the building opens.
International Drive & the Orange County Convention Center Area
The International Drive corridor runs on show calendars. Exhibitors, hotels and vendors along I-Drive need equipment moved between hotels, warehouses and the convention center inside windows measured in hours, not days.
Baldwin Park
Baldwin Park homes are beautiful and narrow. Most of our work here is a heavy item going up to a second or third floor, or a rear-alley garage delivery where the truck can't get close to the front door.
Conway
Conway's older lakefront homes are exactly the kind of property standard movers underestimate — narrow original doorways, carports instead of garages, sloped lakeside yards and additions with a step down into every room.
Waterford Lakes
Waterford Lakes splits evenly between retail work at the town center and residential jobs in the surrounding subdivisions — a store fixture swap one morning, a treadmill into a second-floor bonus room that afternoon.
Avalon Park
Avalon Park mixes downtown-style storefronts with alley-loaded homes, so a week here can include a medical office reconfiguration and a safe going into a rear garage on the same street.
UCF Area & East Orlando
The UCF corridor runs on institutional and commercial work — lab and classroom equipment, apartment community gym refreshes, vending and kiosk placements, and student-housing furniture that has to go up three flights.
Hunters Creek
Hunters Creek is largely residential specialty work — gun safes into closets, home gym builds in the garage, hot tubs going out through the side gate and pianos moving between homes inside the community.
Lake Nona
Lake Nona's medical city cluster, corporate offices and newer high-end housing generate a distinct mix of work: practice relocations, office build-outs and residential specialty items in homes with elevators, second-floor gyms and finished garages.
Dr. Phillips
Dr. Phillips homes tend to hold the items regular movers turn down: gun safes in finished closets, grand pianos in two-story great rooms, full home gyms above the garage and built-in refrigeration in tight kitchen openings.
Seminole County
Sanford, Lake Mary and the north Orlando corridor.
Winter Park
Winter Park work skews toward high-value residential pieces and boutique commercial spaces — grand pianos in older homes, safes in finished offices, and heavy furniture through doorways that were never designed for it.
Maitland
Maitland Center's office towers and the surrounding established neighborhoods produce two very different job types: after-hours corporate moves with freight elevators, and residential specialty items in older homes with narrow stairs.
Altamonte Springs
Altamonte Springs mixes retail centers, mid-rise offices and a dense stock of apartment communities — which means fixture moves, office equipment relocations and fitness center turnovers all in the same week.
Casselberry
Casselberry's 17-92 commercial strip is full of small restaurants, salons, retailers and service businesses that turn over, remodel and relocate — and each of those moves involves equipment that a standard mover won't touch.
Longwood
Longwood's mix of small warehouses, professional offices and medical suites along 17-92 and Ronald Reagan Boulevard makes it a steady market for commercial equipment moves and liquidation pickups.
Lake Mary
Lake Mary's corporate office parks along International Parkway keep us busy with office relocations, department reconfigurations, safes and heavy copier moves scheduled around business hours.
Sanford
Sanford's warehouse and light industrial corridor drives most of our work here — racking teardowns, shop equipment transfers, auction lot pickups and liquidations from businesses closing or consolidating.
Winter Springs
Winter Springs is largely residential, and so is our work here — treadmills and racks going into converted garages, safes into closets, arcade machines into game rooms, and marketplace purchases that need a truck and a crew.
Oviedo
Oviedo's residential neighborhoods generate a steady stream of home gym, game room and appliance work, while local schools, offices and retail centers cover the commercial side.
West Orange & Horizon West
The fast-growing west side, from Ocoee out to the Lake County line.
Ocoee
Ocoee sits right on the west Orange County crossroads, which makes it a convenient stop for pickups and deliveries — home gym equipment, safes, appliances and retail fixtures around the West Oaks area.
Apopka
Apopka work leans practical and heavy: shop equipment, rolling toolboxes, compressors, safes and garage gear moving between homes, shops and warehouses in northwest Orange County.
Winter Garden
Winter Garden splits neatly between the restaurant and retail activity around Plant Street and the newer residential communities to the south, where home gyms, game rooms and oversized appliances make up most of our calls.
Windermere
Windermere jobs are almost always high-value and access-sensitive: grand pianos, gun safes, golf simulators, art and oversized furniture moving through finished homes where nothing can be scuffed.
Horizon West
Horizon West is new-build country — new homes filling up with home gyms, gun safes, pool tables and hot tubs, plus a growing commercial base in Hamlin that needs restaurant and retail equipment set.
Osceola County & South
Kissimmee, Celebration and the vacation-rental corridor.
Kissimmee
Kissimmee's hospitality economy along Highway 192 keeps a steady flow of restaurant equipment, hotel furniture and fitness gear moving in and out of properties year-round.
Celebration
Celebration's tightly planned streets, rear-alley garages and narrow lot lines make access the defining challenge on nearly every job — whether it's a piano, a safe or an oversized sectional.
St. Cloud
St. Cloud's growing neighborhoods and workshop-heavy properties keep us moving safes, home gym equipment, appliances and garage gear across Osceola County.
Poinciana
Poinciana is almost entirely residential delivery work — an appliance that the retailer wouldn't carry inside, a treadmill from a marketplace seller in Orlando, a safe going into a bedroom closet.
Davenport
Davenport's short-term rental communities along the 27 corridor turn over constantly — furniture replacements, appliance swaps, pool tables and game room equipment for vacation homes that have to be guest-ready fast.
Four Corners
Four Corners is short-term rental territory, so most of what we move here is turnover-driven — game room equipment into a vacation home, an appliance swap between guest stays, or a full furniture refresh on a tight window.
Lake County
Clermont, Mount Dora and the Harris Chain communities.
Clermont
Clermont's hills are more than scenery when a treadmill has to come down a sloped driveway or a safe has to go into a walkout lower level. Most of our Lake County work here is residential specialty and single-item delivery.
Minneola
Minneola's newer subdivisions along the Turnpike corridor mean plenty of first-time home gym builds, safe installations and appliance deliveries into homes that were finished last year, not last century.
Groveland
Groveland is filling in fast with new subdivisions, and new homes generate exactly our kind of work — home gyms, gun safes, pool tables and hot tubs that arrive after the closing.
Mount Dora
Mount Dora's antique trade and hilly historic downtown produce a steady stream of heavy, valuable, awkward items — armoires, pianos, safes and estate pieces bought at shows, shops and auctions.
Tavares
Tavares is a small-business market for us — waterfront restaurants swapping kitchen equipment, county offices reconfiguring, and lakefront homeowners who need one heavy thing moved without hiring a full moving crew.
Eustis
Eustis has a lot of older housing stock, and that's where we come in — a safe going into a 1920s home with original stairs, a piano out of a front parlor, a hot tub off a raised deck.
Leesburg
Leesburg work skews toward transitions — downsizing out of a family home, clearing an estate, moving a piano or safe into a smaller place, or relocating a medical practice near the hospital corridor.
Volusia, Polk & the Space Coast
The outer markets we run to regularly for pickups, deliveries and equipment work.
Deltona
Deltona's large residential footprint in west Volusia County keeps us moving safes, appliances, home gym equipment and garage gear — usually as single-item jobs rather than full relocations.
DeLand
DeLand's historic downtown and university presence make for a distinctive mix — restaurant equipment coming out of century-old storefronts, pianos in older homes, antiques and estate items headed to auction or a buyer.
Haines City
Haines City sits on the industrial edge of our range, so the work here leans commercial — warehouse racking, shop equipment, auction lots off US-27 and equipment purchased in Orlando that needs a truck to bring it home.
Winter Haven
Winter Haven jobs usually start with something bought or sold — a restaurant closing and liquidating its kitchen, a gym upgrading its floor, or an item picked up here and delivered into Orlando.
Titusville
Titusville work leans technical and industrial — shop machinery, test and lab equipment, tool chests and pallet loads tied to the aerospace and light manufacturing base along US-1.
Melbourne
Melbourne is our furthest regular east-coast market, and the jobs there are worth the drive — gym floor refreshes, restaurant buildouts, medical practice relocations and safes that nobody local wants to take up a flight of stairs.
