The I-Drive corridor is dense with convention hotels, and traffic around show days is unforgiving. Operating locally means we can stage nearby, respond to same-day requests, and shuttle between your hotel, a local warehouse and the venue without a long-haul carrier's lead time.
Venue Rules and Show Contractors
Dock assignments, marshalling, move-in windows and on-floor work at the OCCC are controlled by the venue and each show's official service contractor. We deliver to the point your show allows and coordinate with your show contact. Heavy Moving Company is an independent moving company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official contractor of the Orange County Convention Center.
