Warehouse Staging Between Shows
Out-of-state exhibitors can ship booth freight to our Central Florida warehouse in advance. We receive it, hold it and deliver it on move-in day, then store it again after the show if you return next year.
Venue Labor Rules
Some convention venues require exhibitors to use designated labor for certain tasks on the show floor. We'll confirm what we can do at your venue before the show so the plan is realistic.
